I wrote in an earlier post about how the Oct 2010 transits may spell out m-a-t-r-i-m-o-n-y for Prince William.  However, nothing happens without the secondary progressions, so I am looking at his progressions today.  The inner chart is Prince Will's natal, the middle are his progressions for right now April 2010 and the outer ring are his progressions for October 2010.
I see some interesting things on the way as far as his career or status in the world and relationships.
For one thing, between now and October his progressed MC will move to exactly conjunct his progressed Uranus which has been slowly retrograding to zero Sagittarius.  Some big changes in his house of reputation and status. Uranus is dramatic and unexpected.  Since progressions affect us internally, this may be his feeling that he needs to make his mark on the world.  He is turning 28 this year and with his 20's coming to an end, along with his soon to arrive Saturn return, he may be itching to get serious about what he intends to do with his life.  This may include settling down with someone but it may surprise people as to how he does it or who with.
Another interesting thing are his nodes going retrograde between now and October.  What could that indicate?  The nodes are in his first and seventh houses of relationships.  Nodes activated can mean a public display of something and/or meeting new people, interacting with the public more or less.
Progressed Venus in his 7th house is quickly closing in to exactly conjunct his Sun.  This applying conjunction of Venus to his Sun in the seventh can also indicate a marriage.  Venus rules his fourth and fifth houses of father and children.  Besides marriage, he could buy property, work closer with his father or even take over some of his father's duties.  The seventh house also can indicate the fathers parents, in this case that could be the Queen.  She may decide to bestow Prince William with some serious gifts (Venus) that may come as a surprise to some.
Another interesting change is his Progressed Sun is going to exactly conjunct his progressed descendant which also semi-sextiles his natal descendant or 7th house cusp.  Yet another indicator showing a change in his life dealing with relationships. Again this doesn't have to be marriage, it could indicate some type of litigation or competitor.  The progressed Sun exactly hitting his progressed angles shows that this year (June 2010-11) there will be some prominent changes in his life.  I wouldn't be surprised if it were a commitment to a relationship.  
Last but certainly not least, P-Moon back in his natal seventh house after taking a trip around the Zodiac, places his emotional emphasis on marriage.  He is getting more serious and emotions are high in concerns with his partner.  Progressed Moon in the seventh house if often a time when people get married.
